By accessing this website and applying for our financial services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Swiitz Financial Services Limited's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Loan Terms and Agreements
- Eligibility: Applicants must be employed for a minimum of 6 months and provide all required documentation (ID, TRN, Payslips, Proof of Address).
- Interest Rate: A flat interest rate of 30% is applied to the principal amount borrowed.
- Processing Fees: A non-refundable processing fee applies as follows: $500 for loans under $30,000; $1,000 for loans $30,000 and above.
- Repayment: Specific dates covering 1 to 4 week terms will be outlined in your final loan agreement based on your selection and salary cycle.
3. Late Fees & Default
Failure to repay the loan by the agreed repayment date will result in penalties. A 1.47% daily late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance starting from the day after the due date until the balance is paid in full. Consistent failure to repay may result in legal action or reporting to credit bureaus within Jamaica.
4. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with Swiitz Financial Services Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
